I am thrilled to be sharing my first blog EVER with you! You might be wondering, “Who are YOU to start a blog?”
Yes, I ask that question myself…what do I have to share?? Then, I realize, I have SO MUCH to share–truths I have learned over the years, wisdom from research and life lessons, hopefully written in an entertaining, engaging way.

I want you to get to know me.
And I want to get to know you!

My goal is to provide information that will help you live a better life–not just physically, but emotionally and spiritually!  Since this website is brand spanking new, I need critical eyes to look over what I’ve created to make it better! So please, take a few minutes to look over my pages, and shoot me a message to let me know what you like…and what you don’t like!

Thank you for choosing to look at my page!

I strive to live with a heart of gratitude, and I wanted to share some reasons why gratitude is so healthy for us:

1. Gratitude makes for contentment. It is a most reliable way to increase life satisfaction. It enhances feelings of optimism, joy, pleasure, enthusiasm and other positive emotions.

2. Gratitude promotes physical health. It can lower blood pressure, strengthen the immune system, reduce symptoms of illness, and make us less bothered by aches and pains.

3. Gratitude enhances sleep. If you want to sleep more soundly, instead of counting sheep count your blessings!

4. Gratitude strengthens relationships. It makes us feel closer and more connected to friends and partners. Expressing gratitude for each other, creates satisfaction in a relationship.

5. Gratitude encourages “paying it forward.” Grateful people are generally more helpful, generous of spirit and compassionate. These qualities often spill over onto others.

Every day we wake up in this world is a gift, let’s take this gift and use it fully and with love!
